Annette doesn’t just say that our customers are like family, she truly believes it and makes them feel that way. She once helped a retired customer by looking in the dumpster for her fallen bracelet that held sentimental value. This was definitely a smelly situation but the gratitude behind the customers smile was worth it.
Annette is the proud mom of 5 year old, white haired poodle and official Office Mascot, Whiskey. She loves to document their wacky adventures around town on Whiskey’s Instagram page. Being a foodie and beer connoisseur, you will find Annette supporting local food joints and tasting what South Florida has to offer at their food festivals.

Since he has been with the Shirley L Saul Agency StateFarm Insurance, Miami Lakes since our inception, he has watched a lot of our customers grow and has helped them realize their dreams of purchasing their first car or their very first home. This was over 20 years ago! Eloy’s soft spot for our customers is one of the reasons that makes the Shirley Saul team incredibly successful.
Not only does Eloy help our customers with their insurance needs, he shows his appreciation for our community by giving back. He is the proud Cubmaster of Pack 484 and an assistant Scoutmaster with Troop 584 with the Boy Scout Program, which he has been a part of for 10 years. He also has been shaping the minds of our youth for 25 years by being an Adjunct Professor of Social Science at Miami Dade College.
