Annette is one of the reasons why our customers keep coming back. She is driven and passionate about assisting our customers as a licensed "Customer Service Representative". She takes an active role of calling our customers offering them comfort calls and letting them know of possible ways to help them save money on their policies. Annette doesn’t just say that our customers are like family, she truly believes it and makes them feel that way. She once helped a retired customer by looking in the dumpster for her fallen bracelet that held sentimental value. This was definitely a smelly situation but the gratitude behind the customers smile was worth it.
Annette is the proud mom of 5 year old, white haired poodle and official Office Mascot, Whiskey. She loves to document their wacky adventures around town on Whiskey’s Instagram page. Being a foodie and beer connoisseur, you will find Annette supporting local food joints and tasting what South Florida has to offer at their food festivals.

Not only does Eloy help our customers with their insurance needs, he shows his appreciation for our community by giving back. He is the proud Cubmaster of Pack 484 and an assistant Scoutmaster with Troop 584 with the Boy Scout Program, which he has been a part of for 10 years. He also has been shaping the minds of our youth for 25 years by being an Adjunct Professor of Social Science at Miami Dade College.
